Elaine Carlson is a System Engineer at UNCIO Engineering, with experience primarily in requirements management. Based in Oakland, she supports High-Speed Rail in California and Los Angles Metro. She works with systems and civil engineers as well as architects to manage project scope and requirements. Elaine holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, San Diego.
